Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'une des premi\u00e8res entreprises de la r\u00e9gion Nord \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre la technique innovante des \u00ab doubles entr\u00e9es \u00bb dans ses registres comptables, au XVIIIe si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le livre de comptes choisi est expos\u00e9 dans le cinqui\u00e8me espace de l'exposition permanente du Mus\u00e9e de la Plus Ancienne Appellation d\u2019Origine au Monde.
