Venez d\u00e9couvrir la pi\u00e8ce du mois et apprenez-en plus sur notre Histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme son nom l'indique, la pompe de soutirage \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e lors du soutirage des vins entre les diff\u00e9rents contenants. Le soutirage permettait de s\u00e9parer le d\u00e9p\u00f4t form\u00e9 dans ce contenant qui \u00e9tait ensuite utilis\u00e9 pour a\u00e9rer le vin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exemplaire date du d\u00e9but du XXe si\u00e8cle et provient des caves de la Real Companhia Velha \u00e0 Vila Nova de Gaia. Il fait donc partie de notre collection du patrimoine viticole industriel expos\u00e9e dans l'espace d'accueil du Mus\u00e9e &amp; Enoteca 17.56.
